The
competitors were greeted with very pleasant
Wisconsin summer weather, where temperatures
were in the mid-80’s at weigh-in time. The
beautiful host site, Paradise Landing, had
coffee and pastries ready for the anglers
when they arrived.
Twenty nine
teams competed in this event. They weighed
in 91 Bass for a total weight of 169.24
pounds. There were ten, 5-fish limits
brought to the scales. First place honors
went to the father/son team of Gordon and
Jeremy Green, with a total weight of 12.99
pounds. They anchored their bag with the
biggest Bass of the tournament, weighing
5.00 pounds. First Place and Big Bass won
them a total of $840.

total results of all our tournaments on this
site.
Congratulations to the teams that earned a
total of at least 300 points after this
tournament. They have become eligible to
compete in the 2006-Wisconsin Bass Classic
at Minocqua, in September. There will be
approximately $17,000 paid at the 2006
Wisconsin Bass Classic, making it one of the
highest paybacks ever made for a Bass
tournament in Wisconsin. Those teams with
at least 250 total points as of now, need
only compete in the next tournament to
achieve a total of 300 points.
Our next
tournament in this Series is August 6, 2006
at Big Chetac. This tournament is presented
by Warner’s Dock, New Richmond.
