A very pleasant day greeted the competitors as they registered for the first Bill’s Series tournament of the season.  The day remained sunny and highs in the mid 60’s.

The thirty five teams brought a total of 104 Bass, weighing a total of 264.52 pounds to the scales.  The team of Rob Yule and Jan Hook brought in a 5 bag limit, weighing 16.58 pounds, good enough for 1^st Place and $1400. Big Bass honors went to the team of Ron Kubin and Jason Slagstad, with a 4.59 pound smallie. 

In addition, the winners of the Markquart Chevrolet Tow Vehicle Contingency Monies were Dennis Rhead(finished 7^th), 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500=$150.00 cash, Dan Allen(finished 11^th), 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500=$100.00 cash and George Diller(finished 19^th), 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500=Ultimate truck or boat detailing, worth $129.00.
